Really Cool Adventure

Marzena Stronska is the founder and one of the youth leaders of RCA CLG.

She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology, recognised as equivalent to NFQ Level 9 in Ireland, with specialisation in addiction prevention and supporting people with learning difficulties. She also holds QQI Level 6 in Early Years Education and QQI Level 6 Leadership for Inclusion.

Marzena has worked with children, young people and families for over 25 years and is passionate about helping young people grow in confidence, develop new skills and discover their strengths.

She is especially interested in inclusion, non-formal education, leadership, sustainability, creativity and international youth work.

Marzena has been involved in many Erasmus+ projects and loves giving young people opportunities to travel, experience different cultures and meet people from across Europe.

She believes that young people should have a real voice in the activities and projects they take part in.

She enjoys listening to their ideas and supporting them to turn those ideas into real projects and community activities.

Marzena believes that some of the best learning happens through experience, teamwork and trying something new.

As part of Really Cool Adventure, she works to create a welcoming space where young people from different backgrounds and abilities feel included and respected.

Most of all, she wants young people to believe in their ideas and feel confident enough to turn them into action.

Krzysztof Stronski is one of the directors of Really Cool Adventure CLG and supports the organisation on a voluntary basis.

He holds NFQ Level 9 Master’s degree in Management and is also a qualified electrician technician.

His background combines management, organisation and practical technical skills, which he brings into many different areas of the organisation.

Krzysztof is especially interested in music, sports and practical learning, technology, STEAM, problem-solving and helping young people develop useful life skills.

He supports the planning and organisation of youth activities, community projects and international initiatives.

Krzysztof believes that young people learn a lot when they have the chance to experiment, build, solve problems and learn by doing.

He enjoys seeing young people work together, take responsibility and turn ideas into something practical.

He also supports the organisational and governance side of Really Cool Adventure.

As part of the team, Krzysztof helps create a safe and welcoming environment where young people can learn, develop new skills and try something different.

Most of all, he wants young people to become more confident, independent and ready to take on new challenges.
